Hello! My name is Judy Hauser and I am an Information Media Consultant at Oakland Schools in Waterford, Michigan.

Oakland Schools is an intermediate school district. We have 28 public school districts in our county and we provide services to all of the employees in those districts. I work in the Oakland Schools Information Center/Library. In my position I work with school library media specialists and other educators. I provide research, conduct workshops on Web 2.0 and online databases and I work with referent groups. I am the current President of the Michigan Association for Media in Education (MAME) - the professional, statewide association for school library media specialists. I also have a blog called Tech Scout where I talk about technology gadgets and library-related topics.

This is my third year attending the CIL/I@S conference. Last year I was also a presenter. I will attend the I@S conference
