The situation in the conference hotel (The Hyatt Regency Crystal City) appears to be grim: T-Mobile

• The above applies to rooms and the meeting rooms, but there will be Wi-Fi access for conference attendees in the Regency Ballroom Foyer...

The Marriott Arlington Crystal City/Reagan National Airport ("literally steps away from the Hyatt" according to the Hotels page) offers complimentary wi-fi in all of their guest rooms and public areas.

Best areas for connecting in meeting rooms:

• Regency room seems like the best room for wireless access.
• The Potomac Room on Ballroom Level also has a good WiFi signal.
